Yoga has eight folds. They are; yama (abstinences), niyama (observances), asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (absorption).
Yoga has to be experienced. It bringslife into lives and fills you with love and energy that last for ages. Meditation is a certainly a big part of yoga.
