About Tanya

Tanya believes that living well is an art and a science. She is a passionate swimming and yoga teacher, Ayurveda Practitioner, Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and mother.

She received her M. A. degrees in Nutrition, Engineering and Management from the University of Economics in Moscow, Russia and continued her education as a Computer Engineer in New York.

She worked long hours in corporate settings, fueled by many cups of coffee, stress, and screen time. She realized that this lifestyle wasn't for her; sitting at a desk for years depleted her energy and health.

She found her calling in helping others deal with exhaustion and sickness. Tanya earned her teaching credentials in swimming training from Red Cross and Burdenko Sport Institute, Boston, MA, yoga science from the Sivananda lineage Ashram and Center, Personal Training AFAA/NASM, Ayurveda and Life Coaching at Kerala Ayurveda Academy, and has practiced daily Vipassana meditation since 2013.

She is certified as a yoga teacher, personal trainer, rehabilitation specialist, swimming coach, Ayurveda practitioner, marma therapist, and life coach. She draws inspiration from each of her modalities and vast knowledge to create healing programs tailored to her students'and client’s individual needs.
